I was doing home staging before there was a “home staging“. A feisty toddler with an eye for what looked off. I’ve always had an interest in designing with color, light and decor. The key to effectively staging a home is to utilize as many options and items that are currently available. Keeping the cost to a minimum for budget purposes, while investing just enough to make the “Wow” first impression for buyers.
